On Saturday Dec 31st, gates open at 5:00pm for shopping and food/drinks, and the event starts at 7:00pm (and ends at 1am after the NYE party). On Sunday Jan 1st, gates open at 1:00pm, and the event starts at 3:00pm (and ends around 7pm after the Buckle Ceremony).
